What information is needed to make a price request?

Which goods can we ship?

We transport all goods except explosives and live animals.

Which countries do you serve?

We ship to all countries where transport is allowed.

How long will it take for my goods to be delivered?

The transport time depends on where the goods come from and which modality is used. Ask for the possibilities.

Can my shipment be tracked?

If the shipment is registered in the Scheers Logistics system, the shipment can be traced.

Are shipments delivered with our own vehicles?

No, we use all transport networks and specialists per country.

Can we have you handle customs clearance?

Yes, we can arrange all matters relating to Customs for you or provide assistance with complex matters.

Are my goods insured during transport?

Your goods are not automatically insured. You can take out separate transport insurance through us.

Can the receiver be sent for delivery?

Yes, in most cases we can have the driver call or we can book the shipment for a specific time.

Can we get confirmation of delivery?

Yes, a request is possible. Shipment tracking requests are registered in the Scheers Logistics online system.

When will I receive the transport invoice?

You will only receive the invoice after delivery.

Can we also (temporarily) store the goods?

Yes, that's possible. We use external storage locations depending on customer needs.

What is the current fuel surcharge?

We always offer rates including fuel surcharge on an ad hoc basis.
